Our story

Small on purpose. Fussy on purpose.

We started because too much good Indian produce was being sold badly

India grows some of the best jaggery, coffee, moringa and spice material in the world. Plenty of it reaches buyers as an anonymous commodity — no origin, no story, and no one who can answer a technical question without checking with three intermediaries.

MyCartGlobal was set up to sit closer to both ends: close enough to the farm to know how a lot was handled, and close enough to the buyer to know what their line actually needs.

We are founder-led and we intend to stay that way. It is the only structure where saying no to a marginal lot costs less than shipping it.

How we work

Selective by design

Seven categories, not seventy. Depth in a few belts beats a brochure full of things we would have to broker blind.

Spec before price

We agree the written spec first. A cheap quote against a vague spec is how buyers end up rejecting containers.

One desk, start to finish

The same people quote, sample, load and follow up. Nothing is handed to an anonymous coordinator mid-shipment.

Bad news early

Short crop, price spike, quality drift — you hear it while you can still act on it, not after the B/L is issued.

The route

From farm to your facility

  1. 1

    Sourcing

We buy at the belt — cane in Kolhapur, cumin in Unjha, coir in Pollachi — from units we have walked through ourselves.

  2. 2

    Quality check

Moisture, colour, purity and residue checked against your written spec before a lot is ever offered to you.

  3. 3

    Processing & packing

Cleaning, grading, sterilising and export packing, with private-label options where you need them.

  4. 4

    Export

Documentation, phytosanitary paperwork, container loading and a single point of contact until it lands.

Bring us a difficult spec.

The enquiries we enjoy most are the ones another supplier already fudged.
