Why we exist

“I would rather lose the order than send you a lot I would not buy myself.”

MyCartGlobal is founder-led and deliberately small. We do not run a hundred product lines or a floor of agents. We picked seven categories we understand, and we go back to the same belts season after season until we know how a crop behaves.

Most export disappointments do not start at the port. They start when someone accepts a lot they should have rejected because the container was already booked. We would rather make the awkward phone call.

When you write to us, you reach the desk that decides — not a template reply and not a subcontracted call centre.

The range

Seven things, sourced properly

The route

From farm to your facility

  1. 1

    Sourcing

We buy at the belt — cane in Kolhapur, cumin in Unjha, coir in Pollachi — from units we have walked through ourselves.

  2. 2

    Quality check

Moisture, colour, purity and residue checked against your written spec before a lot is ever offered to you.

  3. 3

    Processing & packing

Cleaning, grading, sterilising and export packing, with private-label options where you need them.

  4. 4

    Export

Documentation, phytosanitary paperwork, container loading and a single point of contact until it lands.

Why MyCartGlobal

Four promises we actually keep

01

We say no more than we say yes.

Lots that miss the spec get rejected at the belt, not argued about at your warehouse.

02

You talk to the people who run this, not a script.

One desk owns your enquiry end to end — sourcing, grading, documents and shipping.

03

The spec you agree is the spec that ships.

Moisture, mesh, colour and packing are locked in writing before the container is booked.

04

If a season is bad, you hear it from us first.

Crop trouble is flagged early so you can re-plan, instead of discovering it on arrival.
